Gym babies rule.




  • Floating Tester results:  I will double check the board today when I get to the gym, but I believe that Andrew and Lu posted the best scores for this one.  Good work you guys!  I just got an email that your free t-shirts have shipped too :)
  • Final Floating Tester!  I will post one more tester on Monday.  This will be our final one for a while since the second half of December is so busy, and then once we hit the new year the Games season will be right around the corner… which is craaaazy.  I will say though, that this tester will be very inclusive and the prize will be AWESOME.  So stay tuned.



Class WOD

A. weighted pullups: 3-3-3-3-3; rest as needed

B. 1 set max reps pullups (bodyweight only / or scaled if necessary)

C. 50 reps bench press for time @ 70% of 1RM

  • every time you set the bar down you must row 250m (sub :50/1:00)

*If you're unsure of your 1RM, choose a weight you can do about 15 reps with on your first set.





A. SMR: shoulders/traps

B. stretch 2 min per side on each:

  • hammies x 2
  • pigeon x 2
