Lu and Joey at the Lifeworx competition.




  • Tomorrow, our favorite jump rope specialist, Christine, will be guest coaching in our CrossFit classes to help improve our rope skills.  If you're having trouble with double-unders, be sure and get to class tomorrow!





- pigeon 2 min/side

- 10 x OHS (add 5-10lbs from last week)




Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

- 5 pullups

- 10 pushups

- 15 squats

*If you make it to 30 min, you may continue as long as you are able to improve your score.  The score to beat... Frank with 48 minutes.  Good luck.
