**Loved reading the posts from the competition yesterday. Sounds like you all kicked ass. Thanks again to Matt for putting that on for everyone. I'm totally bummed I missed it, but the kids' Christmas pageant couldn't be missed. Due to the comp, we missed a day on our strength program, so we'll just pick it up today.
WOD
ROMIK
- SMR: shoulders
- pigeon 2 min/side
Strength
A. wall angel x 15 reps @ 3131
B. bench press 1-1-1-1-AMRAP; rest as needed
MetCon
Alternating Tabata x 8 rounds for total reps:
- KB swing (53/35)
- pushups
- double-unders
*Example: 20 sec KBS, 10 sec rest, 20 sec pushups, 10 sec rest, 20 sec DUs, 10 sec rest… x 8 rounds.
*To get an accurate score I suggest maybe partnering up with someone and taking turns doing the workout while the other person acts as judge.
