L-pullups anyone?

**Reminder: No Fundamentals class or open gym tonight from 7-8.  Back to regular schedule tomorrow.



- wall of death 2 min/side

- OHS hold 1 min



- Snatch 1-1-1-1-1... 20 min; rest as needed

*and if you practiced snatch in the Oly lifting class yesterday, great!  Do it again today and build on that progress.



"Fight Gone Bad... for time"

3 rounds, each for time:

- 25 Wall ball (20/14, 10ft/9ft)

- 25 SDHP (75/53)

- 25 box hops (24"/20")

- 25 push press (75/53)

- 25 calorie row

*rest 1 min bt rounds

First day back in over a week after gettin wisdom teeth pulled an my gums actually hurt from the heavy panting!

Worked up to a 73# squat snatch

didn't have much time to practice snatch. worked up to 93, failed one attempt at 103

fight gone bad is one of my favorite workouts, so i really liked this one!
7:15/ 8:38/DNF (did WB and SDHP. Total time was ~22 mins)

Metcon--5:50 / 0:02 (timer malfunction, operator error by me) / ??? (interrupted on 3rd by runaway dog, my own, he's all good now)
This workout was brutal. Missed lunch, bonked in work-out. Went in with mindset of 3 sprints. It's really one long work out with a couple of brief rests.

did 215 once on the bench workout from Sunday -

forgetting the totals - but 6:48/7:20(?)/8:30(?)

I was a bad boy with my snatch so Matt made me do "Isabel" 3 times from the boxes. Power snatched 155# when Matt wasn't looking. Finally getting the hips thing. I also do the robot when snatching from the ground.
Metcon 4:30/6:02/6:38---->19:40 total eclipsed time including rests.

Felt like crap today. Somehow, didn't stop me on the snatch, PRd at 165#.

Definitely showed on the metcon. 6:43/DNF/DNS. Got through half of the second round, and thought I was going to die, so I gave up.

Finished with 5x3 BS. Really concentrated on form, worked up to 235#.

Don't recall what I worked up to on snatch.
FGB - love this workout, but ran out of time...7:30 / 10:30 / DNF

Stayed light on the snatch and worked on my form. Don't think I made any major improvements though...
Did first modified box hops since breaking my foot during metcon.

MetCon: 7:20/9:25/DNF

May have passed out if I started the third round. Happy Coach Matt had a hard stop for today's class to avoid complete exhaustion.
