DB snatch during team WOD 2 at Regionals.




On both sides:

- 90 sec hamstring stretch

- 90 sec pigeon pose

- 90 sec quad/hip flexor stretch



"DT" (CF Hero workout)

5 rounds for time of:

- 12 deadlifts (155/105)

- 9 hang power cleans (155/105)

- 6 push jerks (155/105)

13:27 @ 75#. after yesterday and today, i am having problems lifting my arms. i know i can do more than 75#, but i have such a hard time cleaning heavy weight, very frusterating.

11:15 Rx... ummm, deadlift was easy, cleans... not so much. Someday I will man handle 155. Today was not that day.

Quick note about Matt's workout: his first round took 43 sec.

Got to class a little late and seeing someone puke right before I started wasn't at all intimidating. I was looking forward to this workout when I saw it this morning, not sure why....maybe all the 3 exercises was lifting weights. No burpees, double unders, or dips! End result wasn't the fun or excitement I envisioned it to be. Still an awesome workout though!

Dear Josh,
If at any point in the future you decide you no longer want me to come back to your gym, then prescribe this workout again. :) I would rather spend an hour doing the team squats from the Regionals with that really heavy log continuously slamming onto my shoulder. True story... ;)

I just used this workout to concentrate on form and get stronger as I could not do the Rx weight. First round I did 65#, then 75#, the last three 80 #. No time.
I liked the stretching at the beginning...and Joey's lecture as he had us as a captive audience.

Just completed this workout Rx with the help of Matt and Josh, thanks SO much to both of them...

I have no idea of the time (more than 20 minutes, but probably less than 30)... my whole goal was just to finish it Rx. Phew!
