Class WOD

ROMIK focus

- pigeon 2 min/side

 

Strength/skill

- snatch 1-1-1-1... for 20 min; rest as needed.

 

MetCon

For time:

- 500m row (sub 1:38/1:59)

- 50 reps bench press ("close" shoulder width grip, 155/85)

- 1200m run

- 50 pushups

- 500m row (no time requirement on this one)

got up to 72 # on the snatch, but just couldn't get that 77# today.

35:36 for the metcon, 62# bench, met first row time req. today was the first time i've ever done pushups rx'd for a whole workout.

stuck with 65# on the snatch practice - really struggled with the squat portion
Metcon 31:28 (95# bench) missed 1st row by 3 seconds
