Our Fundamentals Course (M/T/TH @ 7pm every week) will start you off slow, introducing the foundational movements of CrossFit while giving you a sampling of what a CrossFit workout is like, without ramping it up too fast. 

After finishing fundamentals, you can come to any class you like, as often as you like.  Our awesome, experienced, and certified coaches will help you assimilate into our regular program safely and effectively.  The goal is to build a functional fitness base through a sustainable training program that will lead you to the best shape of your life.  


At Cadence, you will work hard, but you will also be supported by our amazing community of members and coaches.  We aim to make this a comfortable place for you to not only train, but also hang out, socialize, learn, and be inspired.

Still not sure if CrossFit is for you?  Maybe start with our C-Sport program? 

C-Sport is a functional conditioning program, utilizing many of the same movements as CrossFit (squats, lunges, pushups, med balls, kettlebells, cardio, core work, etc...), but without the more technical Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, and advanced gymnastics skills.  

You can still take advantage of the $99 start-up special to begin our C-Sport classes, but you DO NOT need to take our Fundamentals course first.  In fact, you can simply purchase the start-up special, contact us to let us know when you'd like to take your first class, and you're good to go.  Then, you can always jump into a CrossFit Fundamentals course down the road if you decide to give the CrossFit program a shot.
